Non-destructive entry is attempted whenever practical. If drilling, knob pulling, replacement, repair, or additional hardware is required, the added cost will be quoted before work continues whenever practicable.

Some jobs require a temporary or permanent custom line item because of unusual hardware, old door conditions, parts availability, customer-requested changes, site delays, emergency conditions, property-manager instructions, or work that does not fit a standard category. Any custom item should include a clear description, price basis, amount, and customer approval when practical.
