Customer-supplied knob or deadbolt. PickPoint-supplied hardware is $45 labor plus hardware.
Rekey
$25 per cylinder
Standard residential rekey. Additional labor may apply without a working key.
Additional Labor
$25 per 15 minutes
After the first 15 minutes when adjustment, troubleshooting, or added labor is needed.
Property-manager volume work, specialty hardware, high-security hardware, safe-related work, and uncommon commercial hardware are reviewed and quoted before work.
